By creating an account on Grayfixx or providing your address for an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions. If you do not read them, it is your responsibility. We will not be liable for any misunderstanding.

Customization: - Grayfixx does not create fully custom products on demand due to copyright and brand guidelines.
- If you want a **full custom design**, an extra charge of $45 applies. This is for custom design made specifically for you. For this service, you must provide us with the exact shape/template, and we will only create designs that are non-copyright, with no human or animal characters.
- Minor edits (like color change) in existing designs can be done for a smaller non-refundable fee. All customization charges are non-refundable even if you cancel after design work starts.
- We do not begin any design work without advance payment. Customization may take 2–3 business days.

Legal Disclaimer for Decals & Stickers: Legal Guidelines for Decal & Sticker Use (Outside India) Grayfixx decals and stickers are intended solely for decoration, personal expression, and aesthetic purposes. Each country has its own laws and regulations regarding the use of stickers or graphics on vehicles. Generally, decals that do not cover or alter the vehicle’s license plate, chassis number, lights, or safety markings are considered acceptable. Grayfixx strongly recommends that customers outside India review and comply with their local traffic and vehicle regulations before applying any decals or stickers. Any use of reflective materials, official government/emergency/emblem stickers, or full-body wraps without necessary approval or registration may be subject to legal restrictions or penalties in your country. Grayfixx does not encourage or support the use of decals in violation of any local laws or traffic guidelines. Note: Please use all stickers and decals responsibly and in accordance with your country’s vehicle and traffic laws. Grayfixx cannot be held responsible for any legal issues, fines, or penalties that may arise from the improper or unauthorized use of decals.

Shipping & Logistics: - Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners such as FedEx, DHL, and others depending on service availability in your area.
- If courier service is **not available** at your address, the order will not be accepted or will be cancelled.
- After dispatch, Grayfixx is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to courier issues.
- Tracking and estimated delivery date are provided via email by the courier partner.
- Bulk/wholesale orders may require additional time for preparation and dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is NOT allowed on any order.

Advance Payment: - All orders must be fully prepaid.
- For bulk orders, you may pay 30% advance and the remaining 70% before dispatch.
- If you cancel after paying advance but before dispatch, 10% of total order value will be deducted as cancellation fee, and the rest refunded.
- Payment for orders is accepted via secure payment gateways such as PayPal or others.

Shipping Charges: - Shipping charges depend on order weight and destination country. We have no control over these charges.
- Shipping charges are applied per order, not per quantity.
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

Offers & Discounts: - Promotional prices are valid only during the specified offer period. No exceptions once an offer expires.

Order Dispatch: - Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days for prepaid transactions (excluding customized items). - No orders are shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time: - Delivery usually takes 10–15 days after dispatch, depending on courier and destination. The estimated delivery date is provided by the courier partner. - Once your parcel arrives in your country/city, any import duty or tax must be paid by you directly to the authorities. This is NOT included in shipping charges.

Order Cancellation & Refunds: - If you cancel immediately after payment and before dispatch, a deduction of 4-5% PayPal/payment gateway charges will apply, and your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. - If you cancel a bulk order after paying advance (but before dispatch), 10% deduction will apply. - After dispatch, cancellations are not guaranteed and refund may be subject to deductions for shipping, return charges, and payment processing fees. - If order is cancelled due to non-availability of courier service, you will receive a full refund. - If you cancel or refuse multiple orders repeatedly, Grayfixx may cancel your future orders without notice.

Marketplace Purchases: For products purchased via third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Etsy, Meesho, or local retailers), all after-sales issues (damaged, missing, or incorrect items) must be resolved directly with the respective seller or platform as per their policy. Grayfixx is not responsible for returns or refunds on marketplace orders. Warranty claims can only be made directly with Grayfixx if you have a valid warranty card.

Customer Service: Our team is available to assist you with product selection and order queries. For order tracking and delivery updates, please refer to your email notifications and tracking links. Repeated requests regarding delivery status may delay support for other customers.

Personal Information

1. All products and services displayed on grayfixx.com constitute an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer to purchase, which Grayfixx may accept or decline for any reason.
2. By using grayfixx.com, you agree to these terms and conditions, which may be updated at any time. Please review regularly.
3. Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary due to screen settings.
4. Grayfixx is not liable for credit card or payment fraud. Customers must use their own cards/accounts and are responsible for all activity.

License & Site Access

Minimum Age: To order from grayfixx.com, you must be at least 17 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger. Grayfixx is not responsible for orders placed in violation of this policy.

This agreement is governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction as stated on our legal notice page.

Eligibility

Grayfixx is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, including delays, non-delivery, missed deliveries, service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss. Order cancellations after purchase may not be accepted.

Account & Registration

Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is your primary identifier on grayfixx.com. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Grayfixx is not liable for consequences arising from outdated or incorrect contact details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. False or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

Grayfixx reserves the right to cancel any order, including for pricing errors, courier unavailability, or unavailability of service in your area, with refund to your original payment method. We may verify customer information and cancel orders or block accounts in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

Cancellations for personalized or printed products are not accepted after production or packaging begins, and prepaid amounts will not be refunded in such cases.

Domain & Website: grayfixx.com is owned and operated by our company. Our website is hosted on secure third-party servers.

Cookies: We do not use cookies for data tracking or selling your personal information. Any browser-based cookies are managed by your web browser settings.

Privacy & Policy: We only collect essential information (name, phone number, email, shipping address, etc.) to process your order and deliver products. Your data is never sold to third parties. Logistics providers receive your address solely for order delivery.

Transactions & Payments: All website payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (such as PayPal, Razorpay, etc.). We do not store your card or banking information.

Usage/Application Instructions

1. Do not apply stickers yourself; use a professional installer for best results.
2. Clean the surface properly before application; do not use polish before or after.
3. Use edge tape on corners for extra durability.
4. Avoid high-pressure water spray directly on the product.
5. Use a heat gun for pre-cut stickers if required, but do not overstretch.
6. Do not remove protective film unless instructed.
Warranty Void Conditions: Warranty is void if you cut, tamper, or fail to follow instructions.
