Return Policy

Please read this return policy before placing your order.

Grayfixx will not entertain any complaints after the return period has expired, once the order is delivered.

Returns are a scheme provided directly under this policy, which allows options of exchange, replacement and/or refund in select cases. Not all products or categories have the same return policy. Please refer to the specific product page for exact return and replacement eligibility.

Note:

The return policy is divided into three parts. Please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and scenarios under which returns will be accepted.

Part-1 Refund & Replacement

Stickers, Graphics or any vinyl products — Refunds and replacements are not accepted if the product is damaged by the customer during application. If you receive a different item or a missing item, Grayfixx can refund or replace it within 24 hours from the delivery date. If you do not like the product after receiving it, or for any other reason that is not covered under this policy, Grayfixx will not process any refund or replacement.

Any type of customized products — Refunds and replacements are not available for customized products as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. If you receive a different or damaged product, Grayfixx will offer a replacement.

Refund Process —

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by Grayfixx, and only after the order is marked as delivered.
  • If a return request is created and Grayfixx accepts the refund, the amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the return is not due to a Grayfixx error, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs and a payment processing charge of 5% of the order value, which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges and payment charges are non-refundable.

Part-2 Returns Pick-Up and Processing

If you wish to have your return picked up from a different address, this can only be arranged if the pickup service is available at that location.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

- Product's original packaging/box must be undamaged.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from scratches, dents, water damage, or breakage.

The field executive will refuse the return if any of these conditions are not met.

For any refund or replacement, the process will begin only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Part-3 General Rules for a Successful Return

In cases where replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

For products requiring installation, please do not open the packaging yourself. Only authorized personnel must handle installation for warranty and return eligibility.

Product issues will be inspected by authorized personnel and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty part. Full replacement is only provided if the issue cannot be resolved by part replacement.

If you return your product without a valid reason, your refund will not include shipping charges or payment processing charges.

Stickers - Warranty

1. 6-Month Replacement Guarantee
2. 2-Year Color Fading Guarantee

Follow these terms:
1. Proper video proof is mandatory for replacement claims.
2. Only the damaged part will be replaced, not the full set.
3. The warranty card is mandatory for all warranty claims.
4. If the color fades within 2 years or natural peel-off occurs within 6 months, it will be replaced.
5. Accidental damage is not covered.
6. Manual cutting or tampering will void the warranty.
7. Clean the vehicle surface thoroughly before applying. Do not use polish before or after application.
8. Shipping charges for warranty replacements are paid by the customer.
9. Each part can only be replaced once under warranty.
10. If you wish to purchase a new full-body design instead of a replacement, you will receive a 50% discount on the MRP. Purchasing a new design after 6 months will also receive a 50% discount, and the previous warranty will be voided.

Usage/Application Instructions

1. Do not apply yourself — always use a professional installer.
2. Clean the surface thoroughly. Do not use polish before or after application.
3. Use edge tape for extra support on body corners to increase sticker durability.
4. Avoid using high-pressure water sprays directly on the stickers.
5. For pre-cut stickers, use a heat gun for best results, but do not overstretch.
6. Do not remove the protective film unless instructed.
Warranty Void Conditions: If you cut, tamper, or do not follow instructions, the warranty will be void.
